You should see the tautness and precision of the bedsheets! Literally the best made bed I’ve ever seen. Our check in was seamless! The gentleman working was pleasant and accommodating. Almost all the hotels in Richfield are sold out tonight so I know your desk clerk was busy, but I didn’t feel rushed or dismissed at all.

Property looked to be really new. Staff was pleasant and professional. Rooms and hotel were very clean with everything in good working condition. Only issue with the property, which is something the staff can’t control, was the noise from the freeway next to the hotel. My room was on the freeway side of the hotel and the noise from the semi-truck was quite noticeable especially after the TV was turned off and it was time for bed. The hotel was not anywhere close to full so I could have easily been given a room on the ‘quiet side’ of the hotel. Bummer because everything else was great.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Issues were- power went out so that was a pain to haul luggage downstairs. Also the noise in the room above us had me up most of the night. They were pounding on the ceiling at 4am.

The staff at the Holiday Inn Express in Richfield were all very attentive. Everyone from the front desk staff, housekeeping staff and breakfast buffet staff. Our rooms were clean, and all staff members we came in contact with checked to see if there was anything we needed to make our stay better. We will be back!
