General lack of cleanliness. First 5 minutes went to move tv closer and a roach came crawling from underneath the tv. Heater/air-conditioner broken.

Mold, bad drains and pool closed
The beds were ok . The pool was closed . Our room ceiling has mold and the shower did not drain properly by the time the shower was finished the tub was almost full . I checked multiple times the drain was open and should have drained . The sink in the room was slow to drain as well
