"Lovely stay, really comfortable bed. Lovely room and facilities. We went the the W lounge twice in the afternoon it was excellent, however at night the service was very slow. The man serving us was lovely, there just didn’t seem to be enough staff. Took over 20 mins from ordering a drink to being served it and we had to chase it. "

If only my itineraries allowed me to use them all. They also proactively asked needs that they may not have initially included in my room. The option to do it online makes it really convenient for me. I will definitely use their services again when I go back and visit Edinburgh again."

"This was our second stay in as many months. The hotel is less than a 5 minute walk from Edinburgh Waverley which makes it very convenient for travellers arriving by train. The hotel itself is fantastic. We had a superior double both times and they are a great size. On getting to our room this time we discovered there was no bath. A quick visit to reception and our room was changed within 5 minutes. And that's the other great thing about this hotel, the staff. They are excellent and will bend over backwards to help you have an enjoyable stay. "
