Everything was good but who deserves the 5 stars or 10 stars is the breakfast room employees,very friendly and hard workers, cleaning tables and restocking food for all the people... MY RESPECT FOR THEM!!!

Overpriced, nothing more than a motel with small upgrades. We tried checking in at 4:30 (check in is 4pm) room was not ready. I should have know the room was going to be bad when the receptionist was also the person who needed to finish preparing the room- do they even have housekeeping? Rooms WiFi never worked, the TV would not turn on, called front desk and the manager said she was going to send someone, no one ever came. The walls are paper thin, I could hear people stomping up and down the stairs until 3am- worst sleep ever. For $220 a night this place is horrible, will never return!

The only good thing about this stay was the front desk clerk when we arrived and when we left, other than that this place was run down, beds were held up by homemade 2x4 frame, hot water that would last maybe 3 minutes, and the same breakfast option burning our stay. But what made it worse was the paper thin walls and the fighting from the people in the next room to the partying family in the room on top of us, we tried to complain but management was unwilling to do anything. Oh and room phones never worked as well.

Better than average hotel
Parking was very good with being able to park close to our unit. Room was clean but abit dated. Shower control was difficult to adjust. Hot was availble quickly and not affected by other occupied units. Surrounding area to hotel was beautiful, like a park. Staff was very friendly.

Went here with my fiancé, it’s a perfect getaway spot for a peaceful and fun weekend. Would definitely go back and definitely recommend! Clean rooms, staff was great and overall a great spot.

Very unprofessional. We booked this room for October 4 to October 7 booked a king size bed overlooking the courtyard when we arrived to the hotel to check in they notified us that the room that I had booked was double booked, and someone was already checked in to that room, so we ended up staying that night in what I imagine was their last and only room which was nothing like the one that we had booked and paid for. The next day we wake up and I go to check out and The manager tries to correct The inconvenience by assuring us that we Are getting the room we booked as soon as the previous occupies check out. We went ahead and got the keys to that room and left to eat lunch while they would clean that room and have it ready for us. We came back only to find that they had rented the room to another couple so again we were stuck without a room, even though we were already checked in and had the keys to that room, I went through hell trying to salvage the weekend, but they just made it impossible. Management in this hotel is seriously lacking. We ended up returning back home to El Paso from there in Ruidoso. I will never book another stay at this best Western
