Worse experience ever! The room we booked was located in the parking garage. When you open the door you are literally 3-4 ft away from a parked car. The room literally looked like a storage room that was converted into a room. The walls was filthy and there is a drainage hole near the bunk beds. The pictures are deceiving. The moment we saw the room and there was no parking when we got there since there is limited parking. We decided to leave right away and requested for refund. We booked two nights but was only refunded for one night instead of two, but they should have refunded for both nights. I have never experience paying for a hotel and the room being right next to parking garage! Don’t waste your money staying at this place.

Positives: The room’s interior design was nice, and had decent cleanliness. I consider it at least as good as a Motel 6. Middling: The room felt kind of small for a single bed, and the chair could have been more substantial. Next time, I think I will get a two bed room, which was the same rate. Needs Improvement: There is a $30 fee for using the gated garage. I was fine with it considering the neighborhood, but this should be more explicit in the Expedia description and in the signage (not an 8x9 printout among 8 other 8x9 printouts). Apparently, my Expedia email counts as “a reciept”, thus they felt justified in not providing one when I asked.

Our first room was extremely small and tight for our family of six. There was a strong sewer-like smell, and the room spray used was overpowering, which caused headaches for my family and me. The elevator was also broken, so we had to carry four large checked suitcases up a very narrow staircase. Parking was very limited and cost $30 per night. After the first night, we were upgraded to a larger room, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, that room was located right next to the parking lot, and the walls were very thin—we could hear almost every sound from outside. That said, the staff were friendly, understanding, and did their best to accommodate us, which we truly appreciated.

The parking was the worst, took over 2 hour to find a some where to park. I just gave up and decided to drive the 3 hours back home. It honestly ruined my mini vacation. I don't get a lot of vacation do to finical and my job. The front desk was no help. When I asked about parking they were rude. Told a location but there not no parking. Even there was parking, it was over 20 minutes walk back to the hotel. I do not recommend this hotel.

The walls are pretty thin so make sure you're not next to (or across the hall from) a bunch of night owls. The elevator was out and I had to walk up 3 flights with luggage which was annoying. But I just needed the room for an overnight trip and it was the right price, clean in the right location. If I had known there would've been a fridge and microwave I might've bought some items for later.

The carpet had been shampooed the day before and was still wet to the touch. You couldn't walk with bare feet or even socks or set your luggage on the floor as it would absorb the wetness of the carpetting. I asked the front desk to change rooms and was told that all the rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor (the whole hotel) had been shampooed. The view out the window was of in internal hollow opening for the building in which some old window screens lay leaning. The elevator was broken. It took running the shower for 5+ minutes just to get hot water and then after a normal shower for one person the hot water was already lessening.

Everything from the time of check-in to time of check-out was absolutely perfect. This is my Third or fourth time staying at this property and each time I leave I continued to be amazed at how professional and kind the staff are, how spotless the rooms are, and how quiet the common areas were. The hotel also offers a light breakfast with offerings of cereal, toast, pastries, two options for juice, many coffee espresso choices, yogurts and fresh fruit, along with oatmeal that is complimentary from 7am to 10am. There is parking on site but we didn’t need to use it. We were informed there was no working Elevator. Keep this in mind if someone in your party requires one that this may not be the property for them. Rooms do run small but there are larger accommodations on the top floor meant for families or large parties.
