"Friendly reception staff, beautiful beamed room (king premium) in the old part of the hotel. The staff in the restaurant, both for breakfast and especially evening dinner were so welcoming and couldn't do enough for you. The pool, sauna and steam room were great"

"Second time we stay at the Randolph. Mahesh in the front desk was wonderful. Very professional and helpful. The first night there was an issue with the water temperatura and pressure but the engineering department worked very fast to fix it. My thanks to engineering, it is a team you rarely see, but it is a very important department, especially in an older hotel such as the Randolph. "
