"From the moment we arrived at The Store, we were impressed by the outstanding service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable, making us feel welcome and well cared for. Our room was incredibly spacious and thoughtfully designed, with a bed that was exceptionally comfortable. During our stay, we had the pleasure of dining at the hotel’s restaurant, and we also ordered room service. Both experiences were top-notch, with delicious food and impeccable service. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of our meals. Do not miss the chicken pie! The hotel’s location is ideal, right in the heart of the city center. It's the perfect base for exploring all that the area has to offer, with shops, restaurants, and attractions just a short walk away. My daughter was starting a study abroad program and we were able to find everything she needed to get started. Overall, The Store provided a luxurious and relaxing experience; we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! I will definitely plan on staying here again next time I visit. "

"Stayed a couple of nights in a superior room which was large with comfy bed. Lovely old building so there are stairs and corridors in a random fashion. There is no dining room & we chose to eat out for a cooked breakfast at one of the many local cafes.. It's in a very central location off a main road, so quiet. We got the train to Oxford & it was walkable from the station."

"So wonderful I booked here for location I’m disabled and have stayed before so I new it had a lift unfortunately for me the lift was out of order so I struggled up the stairs to be told we had a family room witch was on the top how ever the manager sorted it all out with know fuss and gave us 2 rooms next to each other they couldn’t of done anything more to make our stay better thank you we will be back he even told us about how his mum decorated the rooms the sinks are amazing "
