Showed up at 630pm after being at cider point all day and the room was not ready. Mgr said the cleaning crew just stopped working. Mgr cleaned the room took about 45 minutes. Come to parking lot to let me know room was ready and offer a small discount on room. A week later no discount, called talked to same mgr a.d was told she was awaiting approval. Another week wemt by and was told with in 7 days you will get refunded. He i am a month later and still no refund l, talked to the same mgr last week and was told because i used Expedia it takes longer, but still as of today no refund. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this motel i booked this room a week in advice and not to have a room ready when i showed up was pathetic. And to be lied to every time I talk to a manager about a discount

Room wasn't ready?!
The check-in time was supposed to be 3pm. We got there at 5pm and our room wasn't even ready yet and wasn't gping to be for another hour and a half. We came back at 7pm and it STILL wasn't ready. Won't be staying there ever again.

Take care of the water damage
Soon as we checked in our room we could smell water damage like they have not taken care of it if anyone has had it you know how it smell it was stains on some places just couldn’t get comfortable we check out early bc of it that is a health concern because of the smell
