check in and location no problems,
interior not cleaned prioperly when arrived
(guest bedroom both comforters had big visible stains,
food left under dining room table,food in between couch cushions,mold on master bathroom shower curtain liner,
flooring in master bedroom (wood) damaged/warped/buckled,
bed skirt in master bedroom dirty,hairs,dust on it
hairs in showers when arrived,globs of dust in bedroom fan,
dryer heavy rust on top of it, TV in master bedroom volume inoperable,paper towels left on holder dirty/stained.
NOTE:
We called office and housekeeping & maintenance came pretty quick.
TV could not be fixed,new TV delivered/set up next day,
house keeping came (after we already cleaned floors & couches of food particles) told him we wanted clean comforters for beds and he brought us bed sheets, told we needed comforters then left and brought clean comforters.
by the time we checked out we washed all towels,folded & put away,vacuumed/cleaned floors,washed dishes wiped off all appliances & counterertops.
( I have pictures of the uncleanliness when we arrived)
**THE RENTAL WAS CLEANER WHEN WE LEFT THEN WHEN
WE ARRIVED.
VERY,VERY,VERY UNHAPPY THAT WE WERE CHARGED
$130 GUEST CLEANING WHEN IT WAS OBVIOUS IT WAS NOT CLEANED PROPERLY.
