"I've been to Saratoga several times to visit a friend but never stayed in a hotel until my most recent trip. The Inn was a great choice, especially being central to shops, cafes, restaurants, etc in Saratoga and very comfortable. My room was extremely spacious and cosy with a dash of old-fashioned charm. I loved little touches like a makeup-specific wash cloth and hot apple cider/coffee in the lobby. I'd happily return, particularly in the quieter (and more affordable) off-season."

"We are very disappointed. We checked in on Thursday and here on Monday no one has cleaned our room. After finally finding a person at the front desk and talking with them about getting our room cleaned still no one has been here to clean. It put a real damper on our stay. "
