We have usually enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The 2 king room is our favourite. So spacious and has a huge bathroom with a jetted tub. The kids love the pool and waterslide. Has mostly been fairly quiet too.

It was nice. The rooms were clean and comfy. The breakfast was delicious. The only down side was the pool was a bit chilly and the power went out while my kids were in the pool so it was a bit scary but im sure that was a one off thing. We will be back

At first we were put into an adjoining room that had a noisy family on the other side. I went to the front counter to explain that wasn't going to be very relaxing for our party (or the other family since we were traveling with a dog who is sensitive to loud noises). The front desk staff accommodated our request to move to a quieter room in the building. Overall very pleased!

Very disappointed with our stay. When we checked in I asked if I could pay to upgrade to a bigger room and was told that was not optional due to booking the hotel through Expedia. I’ve never ran into this when booking with Expedia but I understood. When we got to our room the headboard was covered in some sort of sticky substance and stained. I had messaged a day prior to our arrival asking for a playpen be in our room as advertised that they have available. There was no play pen so I asked the front desk for one and was told they weren’t sure if there would be one available. When they finally brought one up we set it up and the bottom was covered in white sticky liquid dried on. It was disgusting and not sanitary for any child. I ended up having to sleep in bed with my infant which ended in being awake most of the night as I was worried he’d roll off the bed. Overall the room was not clean and I felt like we did not receive good service due to us booking through a third party service. If they don’t want to provide service to customers booking through Expedia then don’t put your hotel on Expedia. Feeling very disappointed that we spent $200 to bring our boys for a special night in the city and had a dirty room and filthy play pen which resulted in very little sleep.

Cool But Not in a Good Way
The room was very cold when we checked in. We turned up the thermostat and we thought it started to warm up. After a few hours it still hadn't warmed up to normal room temperature. We contacted the front desk and he immediately came up to try and reset the heating unit. it did work for awhile but started to cool off again in the morning. We survived but it wasn't the normal comfort we have come to expect from this property.
