Worst Treatment in over 40 years of Hotel Stays
The hostess was disagreeable, rude and hostile. She gave the guest checking-in in front of me such a hard time, I felt compelled to support the fella. This was apparently resented immensely by the hostess as her interactions with me were some of the worst I've ever experienced anywhere. She escalated the situation to the point where she denied me a room. Realizing she was out of control, I apologized. She was completely determined to disrupt my travel plans and was successful. I hope Hotels.com will look into this matter and assess whether a pre-paid-in-full customer should be so mistreated. If Hotels.com could please get back to me. Thank you.

Pleasant stay
We evacuated Florida for hurricane Milton and were lucky to book this hotel. It was convenient to shopping and our stay was pleasant. The staff were very helpful and the lady who was in charge of the breakfast buffet went above and beyond to keep food ready for the large crowds of people. We definitely would return.

**Review for Best Western Inn, Savannah, GA** I recently found myself in a challenging situation while trying to evacuate from Florida due to Hurricane Milton. After making a reservation at the Best Western Inn in Savannah, GA for October 10, I discovered that we no longer needed the room, as the storm passed quickly and it was safe to return home. Initially, I called the hotel to request a refund, only to be told that I needed to go through Expedia since I had booked via their platform. I reached out to Expedia, who explained that they couldn't assist me and that it was ultimately up to the hotel manager. Frustrated, I drove to the Best Western to speak with the manager in person. Unfortunately, my experience there was disheartening. The manager displayed a complete lack of compassion or understanding regarding my unique situation. He simply reiterated that I needed to call Expedia, despite my explanation that I had already done so and they had directed me back to the hotel. It felt like I was being given the runaround without any willingness to help or even acknowledge the difficulties of evacuating during a hurricane. Given the poor management and the complete disregard for customer service, I cannot recommend the Best Western Inn in Savannah, GA. I left feeling frustrated and unsupported in a time of need. Save yourself the trouble and consider staying elsewhere.

Booked online a few hours before arriving on my to find that there was no power no phones, no internet. The reason we booked was because our home was damaged in the storm and had no power. We should have been told we were booking a room with no power!

I chose this place last minute due to hurricane Helene and not having electricity or water at my home for 3 days. I had an early doctors appointment and I was not presentable. The room smelled fresh, the air worked perfectly, the bathroom was spotless! The parking lot was full but very quiet! It was a very nice experience. The office staff were very nice as well!

Property looks like it has recently been refurbished, so it is average for thos type of hotel. Unfortunately, we had a power cut at about 10pm, due to storm Helena, so could not see what we were doing or make a hot drink. No breakfast in the morning. No help, assistance or discount by staff at all.Theyhad no plans to deal with this for customers.
