Staff needs some extensive training around hospitality. Stayed here on August 29th and 30th. Both nights music was playing in lobby and was extremely loud. Bass could be heard upstairs throughout building. That Friday night was excessively loud. Arrived in the early evening and it kept going. When walking down stairs around 9 pm music was blasting. Music shouldn't even be on that loud or at all especially in an airport hotel where people are trying to rest! Volume went down for a bit around 10 and up again around 11 and back down at midnight. Could not rest/sleep until a lot later than planned. It is absolutely ridiculous that a hotel should ever play music that loud in a lobby, especially staff that should be at work. Way overpriced especially when you have to deal with something like that. Next morning, staff, probably manager, speaking so unprofessionally to kitchen staff...almost intimidating staff asking if they had any questions. Slamming kitchen door over and over again. You'd think management would try to prevent that from happening out of consideration for guest rooms down the hall as well as those upstairs. Most everyone working here looked unhappy. Bathroom in room was dirty. Hair all over soap dish in shower. Toilet bowl had ring around it as if it hadn't been cleaned for a while. Don't waste your money.

The staff was extraordinary. The staff went out of their way to accommodate me more than once. They greeted me and offered to assist. I told the clerk that she didn't need to open my door to the shuttle and she said that she wanted to ensure that I had a wonderful experience. She made sure of it. I'm grateful for their hospitality.

Mini fridge was frozen to the point the door wouldn’t close, so by proxy it was defrosting all over the floor. This wasn’t a big deal as it was just me, but I did mention it to the desk upon my departure. Thanks again!!
