I booked this hotel as it was the closest to my destination in Savannah and it was a competitive priced. Parking was never a problem. It is an older facility, but there was renovation taking place on the second floor. My room was on the opposite end of the hallway, so noise wasn’t a problem. My first room had about a 15 square-foot area of the carpet that was wet, I think it was from a drain blockage on the air conditioner. I was quickly given a nearby replacement room. Only issue I had was the morning breakfast. There was no milk. The juice machine was broken. So, you could only drink coffee or hot water, with tea or hot chocolate. And only half of the four-slice toaster was working. So, there was a bit of a wait if you wanted toast. If I return to Savannah for a similar trip, I were old probably stay there again.

We stayed at this hotel for one day and it really wasn’t bad. It was clean but this hotel is very outdated. They need to upgrade on the hotel. And another thing that I had a problem with was that there was hardly any areas to charge devices.

I gave this review a three stars because the pool was filthy and it was disappointing that my kids couldn’t get in.. You would think by it’s being summer the pool would be suitable.. Other than that the hotel was good

Not the worst, but...
Staff was friendly, I will start there. But the hotel is very rundown, old, shabby, and kind of grimy. Floors were outdated, carpet was very old, my bathroom light made a very loud noise so I had to take showers in the dark so not to bother neighbors. I will never stay here again just because I need something a little nicer, but nothing against the nice people working there among those conditions.

The hotel is rather run down. Stains on carpets and bedding. Tv is covered in sticky finger prints and bathtub is stained. The room smells like stale cigarette smoke. It does look like some renovations are currently underway, so hopefully it will be better in the future.

The staff was nice which was the only positive thing about the location. The rooms were outdated and not well kept. There were many broken items including the blinds. The tub was noticeably dirty and the floors had stains. There was also a noticeable smell of animals, and while I understand it is a pet friendly hotel, it needs to be better cleaned.

First room the TV did not work and several lights were not working. They did move us way down the hall and the counter help did check several lights and the TV. 2 out of 3 lights did not work and when we turned on the TV later the sound would only go up very little. You couldn't hear the TV with the airconditioner. Will make sure to never stay there again.

It was horrible. The bottom of the bathtub was stained so we didn’t even take a shower. The volume on the TV didn’t work and when we tried to use the phone to call down to the front desk. The phone didn’t work. When I walked down to the front desk to tell them the volume on the TV didn’t work she said that they would have somebody fix it. I also let her know that the phone in the room didn’t work and her response was that many of the phones in the rooms don’t work. after an hour, I came back down and asked if they were coming to fix the TV and she said oh sorry I forgot I started doing something else. Did you still want me to come?. I said yes, we would like it fixed. She brought a second remote upstairs and said she couldn’t fix it that we could change rooms but the next room wouldn’t be as nice as this one and the one where you’re in was subpar. I did not realize from the pictures that the only pool was in the parking lot next to a busy intersection. When we went down to the area to eat the carpet was disgustingly covered with stains, especially for being the area where you’re supposed to be eating. The waffle iron didn’t work and the toaster was broken!!!
