My husband and I came to this holiday Inn with the intention of staying one night, but Weather kept us there for two. It was totally enjoyable and restful. We had just returned from several weeks in Europe and found the hotel a true respite unlike so many other hotels this felt like a real hotel with a competent staff and some food options that were not the usual junk parking is easy you feel like you’re in a very safe area. I highlyrecommend this holiday

Have stayed here a few times, and it never disappoints. There are cheap options in the area for a 1 night stay, but they come at a cost. Usually sacrificing cleanliness, or overall quality. This is probably the best choice you can make, that won't leave you feeling like you wasted comfort or coin.

Enjoyed onsite restaurant. (Great wings) One elevator was out of commission and it was difficult to use the other in conjunction with housekeeping. Room could have used more attention. Dirty washcloths from prior guests were on the floor behind the toilet. Our room/door keys would not open the door and we had to be let in the room by the manager on duty. We love this property and stay here every Christmas. It is time for some upgrades. All that said, we’ll be back in June. The manager is the nicest person you’ll ever meet in hospitality.

I booked this hotel, depending on the hot tub and it was out of commission, but I was not informed of this. The staff overnight was not as friendly and helpful as a staff in the a.m. The morning staff was very pleasant. Housekeeping was very kind and courteous.

Former great hotel sliding downhill.
Have stayed at this property numerous times over the past 10 years or so, including multiple nights each Christmas holiday. Very good people from desk to breakfast buffet to cleaning persons, but the decline in the property itself is disappointing. This 7 day visit, only one elevator was working (they have two). The hot tub was broken again this year, 'waiting on a part'. With the hot tub closed two years for covid, that's 4 years out of the last 5. Ice machines are routinely out of service. And why does a non-smoking hotel smell so often of weed in the hallways? While the staff is as accommodating as they could be, it becomes a question if the property is worth the fairly premium rates they charge.
