Check in was fine. Room does need some work done to it. Wall had some damage to it. Bath tub needs to be re-done. When trying to have coffee in the morning only had 1 regular coffee and 1 coffee cup available in the room. TV would not turn on, found out it had been unplugged probably during cleaning. Rest was ok.

My stay at Holiday Inn Wilkes Barre - East Mountain, was great. It was relaxing and pleasant to experience a big size pool, hot tub and sauna. Parking was sufficient and front desk was helpful. The rooms needed a bit of upgrading but the stay was accommodating. Thank You

The power ended up going out in the morning for a moment and then the elevators were out of service when we were checking out so we had to walk down 5 flights of stairs while holding a toddler. Shower had no hot water and there wasn't a mini fridge or microwave in the room. Other than that, things were great. Very clean hotel and the pool was awesome.
