We stay here every year around September for the Seafood Festival at Hampton Beach. Staff is friendly, breakfast is provided, rooms are clean and its only less than 15 minutes to Hampton Beach. We will stsy here again next year.

I was disappointed with the hotel's service and cleanliness for children. I had paid for a room for three people and requested a crib, but it wasn't ready when I arrived. When I finally got the crib, the bed sheet was dirty with food crusted on it. The concierge gave me a non-fitted sheet instead of a new one, and he got upset when I declined to use the dirty sheet. Overall, I was not impressed.

Liked how the breakfast room was separated from the tables where we ate. Made for a restful meal with limited foot traffic. The location is very nicely decorated too
