Great location that has easy pedestrian access to the Seaside main street, but also allows you to easily experience the quieter side of Seaside. Facility is very clean and in good shape. Breakfast is a very good value.

They had our room ready by 3:00 so we were able to check in early. The staff is all very friendly. The rooms were nice and comfortable. Also we were within walking distance of most everything. Enjoyed our stay here.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property and would definitely search for other Holiday Inns in other places because of the quality of the stay. Check in was easy. Room was large with comfortable beds, nice balcony, clean,l liked that the pool was open 24hrs, and free breakfast is always a plus!

I had a good stay at this hotel. It was clean. The staff was very friendly. We had a balcony room overlooking the river. We enjoyed watching the other tourists do the swan-shaped paddle boats so much that we did it too. The location is very walkable for the restaurants and shops, and even to the beach to take in the sunset. If I had beach chairs or a cooler to take to the beach, I would probably drive and park because it's just a little too far with things to carry. The breakfast was great and really filling. Definitely a bonus to the stay. The pool was pretty cold and busy, but the kids still had a good time. I would stay here again if I come back to this town.
