Customer service was terrible. We were arriving on a delayed flight and there was no ability for a late check out. The cost of the room included breakfast buffet but they stopped serving at 10. Two women at the buffet were very rude when I asked if I could bring food to my husband and nephew since we had to be out of the room by 10. I waited in the line for about 10 minutes to get our free pastry from the coffee area and was told I was a few minutes past 10 but "she'd still let me get it". Once she saw the coupon, she was incredibly rude to me. Side note, on the receipt she printed after she took my order, it was 10:01. I understand limiting the buffet, but why limit the time on getting a pastry when the place stays open all day? It wouldn't have bothered me if I didn't get bad attitudes from all three people I encountered after getting little sleep due to the non-negotiable check out. They need to be reminded they cater to travelers who may need some grace based upon travelling conditions outside of our control. I have stayed at many hotels around Sea-Tac and was looking for something new. I will not return to this hotel. If you can overlook all of the poor customer service, the beds were comfortable.

Great food from onsite restaurant for room service. Room was nice and beds and pillows very comfortable. Wish they had a shuttle and allowed for early check ins but other than that it was good stay.

Though I hadn't asked for one, the room we received looked like it was handicapped accessible. If so, why were the window shade pullies and several switches located behind an easy chair that was crammed in between the bed and the window? Why was the grab bar next to the toilet covered with bath towels, hand towels, and wash-clothes (ick)? Why was there no stand, shelf, or rack handy to the bathtub that could be used to hold a towel or cloth needed for a bath or shower? And on a different subject, the breakfast experience was poorly designed, leaving guests with confusion and unnecessary inconveniences. And the parking situation is just sad. On the plus side: the staff being the front desk, in housekeeping, and at breakfast were friendly and accomodating.

This is a clean, modern hotel that is close to the airport, but within walking distance of shopping and food. The free breakfast was a nice touch and the service at the bar and restaurant were great (though the food itself is not very vegan friendly). I probably wouldn’t stay here again but only because they charged for parking. Yes, I knew that in advance, but I didn’t realize that it was essentially next door to a mall. It’s not the type of neighborhood you should have to pay for parking in. Plus, the employees at the front desk weren’t friendly and that’s feels like the bare minimum.

It was convenient to the location we want to go. When we checked in the front desk lady seems a bit mad made me uncomfortable. The other lady Maxine was really good warm and welcoming. I wanted to have our room tidied up when we when strolling around town. I didnt bother calling the front desk and letting them know that we want to have our room cleaned up. I saw a door card to flip it and hang by our door knob if we wanted it to be cleaned up. We want back it was not cleaned at all. Should not have assume it and just called the front desk to let then know. But why place a those signs if it will not be acknowledge. The buffet was ok but the service was not that quiet good, we didnt get served with water, we never see iur server after giving us coffee and 1 juice.
