Did you clean it? Are dirty socks in the bedroom drawer a service? I didn't tell anyone. I didn't want to ruin my family's trip. But the surrounding scenery is so beautiful that families want to come here for Christmas too.

Poor management
Given a unit with no heating and leaking toilet. When addressed the next day there was no sense of urgency. Finally they did eventually offer to move us to a different unit after two hours of wasting my vacation time arguing. We accepted, second unit was good and had heating. No apology was offered and no compensation of any kind.

Was promised a bottle of wine per stay did not receive, place was beautiful and quite, hot water in shower was not working properly, stays hot for 3 mins and Luke warm afterwards not getting hot at all, the light in the shower was glitchy sometimes it worked and sometimes not more on the sometime not. Not mad at all just pointing out minor fixes needed. Junipine was so amazing that we will be back again. Destination was beautiful so beautiful

This is a wonderful place if you like quiet and cosy. Individual little cabins with fireplaces, full kitchens, up to 2 bedroom/2 bath if needed. Lovely forest and creek surround, a hike nearby if you're so inclined. The employees are all friendly, professional and very accommodating. It's our go-to place whenever we head to Sedona.

The property is nice enough to look at but is not very comfortable. To much noise and the negihbors to the property are not owned by the hotel so they can not control the noise or activity of the next door neighbors. Forget about sleeping past 8:00 am. Also no housekeeping service which they forget to tell you at check in so no clean towels or sheets. Nice please but one stay there was enough.

The cabin we stayed in was dirty, very old and very used furniture..the rug in the living room was so filthy we did not take our shoes off. Everything seemed to work in the kitchen but the cabinet doors were falling. In general the place was falling apart We will not stay again
