This Hotel TALKS of customer service, but doesn't TRULY deliver!! They couldn't provide me with a very simply copy of my receipt, nor would they allow me to provide them with a hardcopy document to simply scan and forward to my email address. I won't be staying with this hotel again!!

The gentleman that checked us in was great. Very personable. Our room appeared as though it hadn't been completely cleaned. There was sticky stuff and spilled stuff on the nightstand. The room hadn't been vacuumed. Candy ground into the carpet and crumbs all over. The heat/air conditioner unit didn't work. Couldn't shut it off Button broken. The front desk offered for us to change rooms. We declined. We were tired and ready to crash

Just exactly what I wanted. This hotel gets mediocre reviews and I don’t get it. The place is huge and well maintained. My room was clean, smelled decent, the bed was comfy and the AC worked great. Breakfast was certainly better than I expected. Only knock is that it is a little dated but other than that, it suited my needs perfectly.
