Don’t remember the gentleman who checked me in, but he was very pleasant. The morning manager was phenomenal. Discuss what was going on in my life and set up your prayers for my granddaughter. Such a very touching warming place family oriented.

Good stay at a well-run hotel. Breakfast was ok (good coffee), room was very clean, and bed was comfortable. My only complaint was noise. I was on the first floor of the fully-booked hotel, and there was quite a bit of noise (voices, luggage, doors) very early in the morning.

The property was well renovated and the staff was great. The areas surrounding it didn't feel safe enough for a woman to walk alone after sunset. So I stayed in all night and door dashed food to the room.

The hotel is clean, quiet, and safe. Hotels in Burlington are so expensive that it’s nice to have a less expensive option. Still way over priced. This hotel would normally be $150/nught in most cities. Twice that in Burlington not better than $400.

The staff did everything within their power to make our stay amazing. The property is a little bit older than used, but it is ultimately very convenient to the airport and the staff is very proud of where they work.
