The property really needs an update….AC terribly noisy…..the ac unit on deck….really really loud….property dirty around the hotel…would choose an alternative hotel next time….not what is expected out of staying at a Marriott….disappointed….drinks were also watered down at Louis’s restaurant and bar…very limited breakfast menu

It was a nice place, however, walks are really thin and our neighbors were playing loud music in the middle of the night. We also heard our neighbor above us walking around in heels. Little things but overall nice place.

The parking situation is horrible. All three nights I had to park my vehicle across the street. I had to call front desk 3 times to get my room cleaned. They have dj every night with loud music by the pool so you can’t sleep until midnight until they finish due to the loud noise. The direct access beach from the hotel is dirty. There’s so many people that use the hotel entrance to use the direct access to the beach. We had to walk next door to the Hilton where is was quite and less populated from people not staying at the hotel.

beds and swimming pool good. but your shower in room#333 sucks water was all over the floor even on the entry floor which i almost slipped. Your ice maker was out of order do I called front desk and they said, "You can go to the second floor and get some ice. " I did not want to go since my wife is handicapped but we needed ice I proceeded to 2 nd floor and ice maker also out of order. I guess any of your guest would feel the way I we do. I also asked for additional towels to use on floor to avoid any possible slips but none were supplied. We did like your restaurant's food we eat every meal their. Your staff in general was great but the hostess was onstantly on her phone and when we came the door I had to open it with my wife on her wheelchair which is difficult and she just turned but did not help. This happened everytime we went to your restaurant. I could see from our booth that she has on her phone all the time customers would come in and she did not even notice or help them.

One of the best if not the best Hotel SPI has to offer. The walking distance to Clayton’s was very convenient at just 350ft away.
