This hotel is the one we always choose to stay at as a family. Our last visit was by far the worst experience I have ever had. We stayed in a room with a bed and pull out futon. There were no blankets or pillows for the pull out. Only 2 on the main bed. I called room service and was told there should be some in the closet which there were none. The staff told me they were sold out of blankets and pillows and were not able to provide them to us. I explained very nicely that I have two small children and us adults with only one blanket and two pillows. Worst sleep all of us had. I made the complaint at the front desk in the morning and the lady at the front desk took my name and phone number and said she will let management know so they could follow up with me but this never happened. Super disappointing.
