Disgusting sewage smell - each day at random the toilet/pipes would start gurgling and a rotten raw sewage smell would fill the room. Check in was tediously slow (even though they didn’t provide any information about the hotel/area) and staff were unhelpful so I was happy to get out of there and get to the airport early.

Need more people who are more friendly and accommodating or maybe the housekeeper can take their job since they are more friendy than people working in the lobby, restaurants, reception. It was our first time in that hotel but the expectation was very unwelcoming. The room we had has a really loud noise coming from the aircon which keep us awake from time to time. The room are clean and they fix our bed since we’re in a hurry and I was sick that day. I just don’t know why this hotel has higher rating. The buffet was not even good we tried it since it was a cold night and we’re tired. Not gonna go back or recommend this place. lol
