"The hotel has a 24/7 restaurant for late night food. We had two rooms for a family birthday. Our entire family came down with Norovirus. It was so bad that the washrooms were full and there was nowhere to projectile vomit. There was puke on the floor like a massacre. We explained to staff how sorry we were and they were sympathetic the entire time. I thought for sure they would charge me for excessive cleaning but they didn't and it was very bad. Kudos to this hotel and I will definitely be returning to make it up to them 👌👌👌"

"Area around the hotel increasingly dodgy with the Urgent Care across the road maybe attracting some people with problems into the hotel lobby for warmth in the winter, but the real cleanliness, quiet and efficiency we've come to expect from this property were in evidence again. I would definitely stay here again during the holidays, a nice poinsettia tree in the lobby, room very clean and cleaning staff friendly, check-in quite efficient on Christmas Day and parking super convenient for loading / unloading."
