Check in and check out were seamless. The room was clean and comfortable, with all amenities needed for your stay! The staff were very helpful and kind. I particularly enjoyed the close proximity to shopping, without even having to go outside! The eggs Benedict in the hotel restaurant is the best that I have ever had! I had it 3 times in the 6 days that I was there!

This is a downtown Hamilton property gem in a depressed area of town. It is conveniently located across from the conference centre. The drawback is that there are many homeless people milling about the dirty and busy streets in the immediate neighbourhood. The property itself was nicely decorated for the holiday season, staff were friendly and helpful and the place was very clean. We would return and recommend.
