Terrible Front Desk Service
The young man who checked us in at the desk didn’t have answers to questions and when I requested a room change from the top floor to one without exterior stairs to climb he was not accommodating. All he could say was I paid for a standard room. I wasn’t asking for an upgrade just not to go up exterior stairs with suitcases with a chance of frost or snow. The person next to him had to interject and switched our room. Also the outdoor labyrinth was not easily accessible and the trail leading up to it was in disrepair. Not impressed with hotel, service or accommodation

We had a great experience! Really nice, big rooms, great views, pool/hot tub, and best part was 5 min walk to park entrance, bars, restaurants, etc. Would stay here again!
