The rooms were clean and staff were helpful and kind. One issue was the room key cards, everytime you left your room, the card wouldn't let you back in, and it just wasn't ours, everyone else was having the same problem. Second issue was the "Continental breakfast". Was only offered children's cereal, toast and grape jelly, bananas and one day they had a shriveled orange and 1 hard boiled egg. Limited creamers for the coffee. Oh, BTW, the description of the room online states that every room has a coffeemaker, NOT TRUE!!! The indoor pool was cold and hot tub was VERY hot. We were there for 3 nights and our trash was never emptied and when my friend asked for extra towels, they told her to bring her dirty ones to the front desk. I feel like I was overcharged for staying in this facility. I guess you just take your chances anymore, but with being on Social Security disability, I felt $80 a night was a lot, but it was a lesson learned.

Over hotel is clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and the hot tib. My only complaint is there was not very many options for breakfast. The boiled eggs were rotten and the only beverage offered was coffee

We did not get the suite I was charged for and no refunnd for the downgraded room. Tolet would not flush, bathroom didn't appear clean, low pressure hot water just a small low pressure stream in lavatory and shower, water tasted horrible, no one at front desk in the evening for assistance. I WOULD RECOMMENDED(DON'T STAY THERE). $271 for a plane room and not even tourists season

When we arrived, reservation had been cancelled by an employee. Gave us a room, not a king bed. Had to go back and ask for a king bed room. Continental breakfast had a loaf of bread, mini muffins, apples, no juice as juice machine broken-not what we expected. No hair dryer in room-staff didn't know where one would be.

It was an average stay. First room we got put in a/c was broken but they quickly moved us rooms. Bed was comfortable, definatly outdated, but for the price hard to beat.

We had lot of issues. Bed frame make loud bang when you got in and out of the bed. We told the desk clerk, but no one contacted us about the issue. Breakfast, well might as well not be a breakfast offered, Nothing really to choose from and the coffee was not enough and not good. Hot tub in pool area, you have to contact the desk to get it turned on for 30 minutes. Then ask again when time is up. Recliner has a tear under the arm. We travel to the Springfield, Mo. area frequently, we will never stay at this Days Inn again. Very disappointed.
