Happy with our stay at St. George’s Wyndham hotel! Staff was friendly, room was comfortable and it was overall a good stay with our dogs. Very clean too. Would recommend to others for the price!

I have always stayed at this hotel while visiting family in Sun River. This time was not like the past. At 3pm 12/23 we arrived at the hotel at which time I fell outside the front door under the overhang of the drop off area right in front of the hotel and suffered a fractured a hip. No one even stuck their head out to see what happened. Another customer asked if she could call an ambulance. My husband and cat eventually checked in while I was in surgery but he could not leave cat in room unattended even in an emergency. The room was very dirty and subsequently never cleaned for the duration of the entire stay which was 4 nights. I understand it was Christmas but what about the other days? I personally asked the housekeeper to clean the room, she waved her hands in the air and repeated "front desk, front desk front desk" so I checked with the front desk and was told "you're on the list". No one cleaned the room. The sheets were soiled, the bathroom was filthy, there was cat litter all over the floor, I was hospitalized and had to return and remain in a dirty room. Never again. On a positive note, The lobby and breakfast area were very pretty and the desk staff friendly although perhaps completely untrained. I am in guest services and this entire stay was a total fail.
