We really liked the hotel. Off the main road in Tarpon Springs. Staff was super friendly, and hotel was very clean. Breakfast was okay...as food could have been a little warmer. Only issue was our shower curtain rod was loose, as it made water escape onto the floor.

The desk clerk sitting behind the desk upon arrival was lethargic. There was no welcome or sense of arrival. She put us (two seniors) in a room next to the pool full of noisey kids. The corridors are dark and noisey as well and I hate the tub shower combo (does anyone really every take a bath in a hotel?0. The food area was quite nice with very nice people. The coffee was excellent.

We stayed for one night to celebrate a birthday and we headed to GreekTown. It was conveniently located, however, the view of the entrance to the property is blocked somewhat and we missed it on our first stop then to try to make a U-turn is further down with traffic. Otherwise, the property is very clean, staff was helpful in providing info on the area. We did not have a chance to use the pool, yet it was open until 11pm which is very convenient. The continental breakfast was very good and its attendant was very attentive even provided a tray to hold our breakfast. They had plenty coffee in the lobby too. We did have any hidden fees just a $25 deposit that was promptly reimbursed. Our room was an accessible room as we wanted to have the space as we traveled with an elderly, it was a very clean room. The cleaning staff was also very thorough and polite. We felt welcomed and would stay here again when we come back to the area.

The Hotel, in general, is very nice and located in a centralized area. One of the odd things about the property is that there is only one entrance to the Hotel and it's a bit weird to try to get into the hotel property from that entrance.
