Was on the road very late and afraid we might lose our reservation. When I called the front desk, which was Max who answered at the time, to let them know we were running behind schedule, he assured me there was no worry we should be good and then he let the night shift know as well. He was so helpful and friendly. We had no troubles checked in and getting into our rooms even at 1:00am in the morning.
