We absolutely loved everything about our stay! The property is beautiful and the room and hotel were very clean and so nicely updated. The Junior Suite was perfect for us with 2 teens who prefer their own beds. We had lots of space! While there seemed to be lots of guests, it was very quiet in our room. Our kids enjoyed the pool, hot tubs and game room! The breakfast is hearty and delicious. Honestly can’t think of a single complaint! We’d love to stay again!!

Cute inn with comfortable room
Clean and comfortable. Room was on 2nd floor with no elevator, but steps were easy to manage. Cute room with table and chairs and door to a balcony with chairs. Stream runs behind in and you can sit in chairs there and read or relax. 2 hot tubs, pickleball court and pool.

Our stay was amazing. The rooms are so modern and clean. I was weary when we pulled up because the outside does not look like a typical hotel but I definitely shouldn’t have judged a book by its cover. This place is amazing & very very clean. Breakfast was great. Highly recommend!

Lovely rooms. Well maintained and very clean! Ive never given 5stars to any other hotel for cleanliness. Innsbruck is clean! What a relief. Nice breakfast with resl eggs , mot the powdered eggs used in chain hotels. The room was nicely decorated, spacious with lots of storage. We are definitely coming back. Yay!!!@

The inn is off the beaten path in a nice quite area but will worth it. The rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good with cold and hot selection (scramble eggs made with fresh eggs). The staff was very nice and friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

This is a very nice Lodge. Extremely quiet room. Love their little breakfast area. Beautiful scenic property with walking trails right off property. A beautiful outdoor pool and two outdoor whirlpools. And there is also a sauna.

Stayed here for a wedding at the top notch. The breakfast was excellent, the room was clean and spacious. It was right on the start of the stow recreation path, which was nice.I loved the Swiss ski vibe. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice for the night --- but....
The check-in process was excellent but at the last minute my travel companion's flight was cancelled, and we could not cancel her room for a refund which the hotel refused even though they took back her room key. I am pretty sure they sold that room for the night. They were very helpful, but I think they should have approved the refund request.
