This hotel was fine, but could use some updates. The paint was chipped in our bathroom and the room/furniture generally was dingy. The bed, however, was surprisingly comfortable for a hotel! We loved that part! We ended up in a handicapped room for some reason, and the shower head couldn't be attached up high, only in a hook at hip level, so we had to hold it the whole time to shower. It also was very leaky and sprayed sideways the whole time, so it was difficult not to get water into the rest of the bathroom since the handicapped shower had no lip to catch the water. Also, there is a mistake on the website, where it lists that there is a fitness center here, but there is not one.

Stayed here while in town for a wedding. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff friendly, breakfast was good, in a good (safe) area, and Sheetz was right across the street. Would stay here again.

Nice clean rooms, great staff and a better than usual Continental breakfast. Also like that they have assigned pet rooms and not have to take the chance of smelling Fido from the last visitor all night.

Clean and comfortable, but very noisy
Room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was great. My only complaint is the walls are really thin. Every time someone flushed a toilet, closed a door, had on a tv, etc I was woken up by it. By 6 am I just gave up on sleep from all the noise.

Due to hurricane Helelne coming ashore, we checked out at 6:00PM. after checking in after 4:00PM, then going to dinner and checking the weather report. We decided that the storm may cause us travel issues the next day. So we checkec out and drove past midnight to avoid wind, storm and flood issues we may have run into if we drove the next day. We purchased an expedia travel insurance policy and filed a claim with them for the room charges.

everything was easy, well maintained, clean. there was an elevator. really good breakfast. close to restaurants. good bed, good shower. I think it was the design of the room. simple. everything worked, the TV remote, the lock on the door, the curtain pulls.
