This is the worst hotel. Someone stole a Nordstrom shopping bag from my room with 2 new jackets in it and the hotel is denying that it was their employee. The hotel is old and needs to be renovated. The staff is rude except for a few front desk people and the valets. Don't waste your money.

This is unbelievable! This is my first negative review unfortunately. We were supposed to stay at this hotel from Thursday, October 10 to Sunday, October 13, 2024. It so happened that Hurricane Milton passed through Miami on these dates. All flights were cancelled and we could not fly to Miami. Even though our booking was non-refundable, Frontier returned all the money for the tickets. For which we are very grateful! However, they refused to return our money for the hotel! I am sure that the hotel was half empty on these dates, which suggests they just made money on the hurricane! We are regularly stop and stay at this hotel several times a year. No one even took into consideration these circumstances that happened. This is very offensive, since we couldn’t get to the hotel due to the weather. My family will never stay at this hotel again!

I enjoyed the hospitality from the managers to the custodians and valet—my entire experience there was unforgettable. The facility is a little run down, which can use some maintenance, but nothing will keep me from visiting again.
