Our family had the pleasure of staying in the jungle-themed room, which was an absolute delight for everyone. The Nintendo Switch provided in the room was a huge hit with my children. The room came equipped with a full-size refrigerator, a hot plate for cooking, and all the necessary cookware and dishes, making it feel like a home away from home. The inclusion of a dining table and chairs added extra comfort and convenience, especially since we were staying for an extended period. We were grateful for the complimentary continental breakfast each morning, and the coffee and slushy machines available around the clock were an added bonus. My kids had a fantastic time splashing around in the pool, however, they would have loved a slide. Puddle jumpers and life jackets were readily available and were a considerate touch for families like ours. The one aspect that could use improvement was the comfort of the beds, as they were not the comfiest.

We checked in 2.5 hours before 3pm and were informed that there was a $40.00 early check in fee. The rooms were ready. I have never ever been charged at any hotel anywhere a fee for early check-in. I don’t think I will ever stay there again or recommend this hotel.

We checked in Friday and nobody came to our room the whole stay to change sheets, take out garbage or anything. We had to go to the front deskto get clean linen (Front desk staff was always amazing). We love the location, we love the facilities and the waffle maker at breakfast. There was "security" on site for the first time which was a bit alarming - now we are wondering if the location isn't as safe as we thought - but no events so that was good.
