I wish I could rate this place higher than 5 stars! It was absolutely wonderful! Everything I needed was within a 15 minute drive or less and it’s within walking distance from a McDonalds and Taco Bell so snack runs were convenient. The staff/owners were so kind, helpful, and wonderful. They made us feel like we were visiting family for the holidays and I can’t thank them enough for how comfortable they made us feel. The hotel was clean and quiet and cozy. I highly recommend!

When I checked in the night staff were unfriendly and acted angry or defensive with normal questions. The elevator smelled like engine oil, so strong I had to hold my nose for the ride. The floors if the lobby and elevator were dirty. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was a madhouse and the food not very good quality. For the money spent I should have stayed at an air bnb instead. Overall other than the room, which saved made the stay bearable, the hotel was king of gross. The morning front desk woman was friendlier and smiled, however, asked questions and then responded like she hadn’t heard anything I said back in response. At that point it was comical.

We stayed here a month ago and gave this property a second chance because our first visit wasn't great. We ran into the same problems on our second visit. This place is not clean!!! Our comforters on the 2 beds had large yellow stains on them! We notified the front desk and they replaced them with clean ones. The morning we checked out we noticed the one of the mattresses had black spots on the side of it. Management needs to address the problem they have with housekeeping. Either they're aware of it or their staff is really not performing. I welcome a phone call to discuss this further.

Front desk staff were friendly even when we arrived in the middle of the night. Rooms were fine and clean. I did not like, however, that the first floor rooms also had a door to the outside for security reasons and because it was apparent that people would smoke right outside their rooms. Hotel is tucked away backing up to a wooded area so I was a bit concerned about parking lot security with a dorm room full of stuff, but it was mostly well lit and we didn’t have an issue.

Property is pretty dated. Not the cleanest of rooms. Our room had both indoor and outdoor access. The outdoor access was not very secure and not sealed so bugs were able to come in. Gnats throughout the room. Dust coated pictures on the walls. Staff was helpful.

Dingy and old.
The hotel is run down and offers very little for the price. It feels like a dump. The elevator smells like dog pee all the time. It’s dingy and I cut my stay down by a day because I could not stand it any longer.

The staff here was so friendly and accommodating! Due to an early flight, they allowed us to check-in a bit earlier and already had the room ready! Queen room was tidy, clean, surprisingly spacious and had a nice modern touch to it. The air ventilation in the rooms could use some tender love; it can get a little humid. But all in all, great stay! I would stay with my family again 😊.

Way too pricey for what it is
First floor room we received was filthy and smelly. Had to pay extra to get a room on higher floor. Room was slightly better. Still dirty upholstery, tub did not drain well, door to bathroom was not painted and didn’t close. The fitted sheet on the bed had a tear in it! In general, the whole place is dingy, there are broken and boarded up windows in the stairwell and the entire hotel, although it looks like it was updated in photos, the finishes look lien they were done by a novice do-ir-yourselfer. Not worth the price per night at all! Look elsewhere.

The entrance was a little hidden (between McDonald's and Taco Bell) and you hear everything through the door, other than that, it was a good stay. Staff was friendly, lots of parking. For those who travel with their pets, it is pet friendly.

The room was clean and it was affordable but the lobby had a weird smell on day 1 like wet dog. It dissipated on day 2 but could use more sir circulation in the main areas and maybe some new rugs in the lobby and elevator as I think that was what or deep cleaning of existing rugs was trapping the odors. You can tell the room cleaning staff takes pride in their work as the rooms were clean and presentable but maintainence could use a little extra funding. There was a window and part of a wall knocked out in the stairwell that is boarded up and in the room, weirdly the picture frames and door frames had some wear and tear and should be painted, repaired or replaced. Otherwise, it is a fairly decent for an older property, and provides a great value for families given the lower rate. The owners and staff are super friendly, breakfast was fine and there was a nice free 24/7 coffee station. I would stay there again.
