Well, when I checked in, I called the front desk and informed them that I found curly body hairs on the wall of the shower, as well as used towels. The room was not properly cleaned before we arrived. They also did not clean our room when we were there. I requested towels from the front desk that were clean, because there weren’t clean towels in our room. Housekeeping delivered towels, and then they were taken out of our room when we left for the day. I had to call housekeeping again when we returned that evening for clean towels, since the ones I requested were taken out. I would not recommend this location, as it was not properly cleaned, and even when I contacted the front desk, they did not help.

This is my second time staying here and I was happy both times. This property is pet friendly and I love how the person takes his time to make sure everything is well put together at Breakfast. The staff is friendly and warm. I will definitely be back when Im visiting again. FYI: I left my charger can you please hold it😊

The staff were very friendly. The room was bigger than other hotels we have stayed at in the same area. One thing we always check is the ACs for mold and we’re impressed how clean it was. The bed was comfy and there was a large tv, fridge and microwave. The bathroom was basic but clean. We were on the third floor, no musty smells in the hallway like other hotels. Also was very quiet. Overall very pleased, especially for a value hotel.

I literally had to losten to loud rap music, loud TV and disgusting violent sex all night long. Smashing up against our wall. I called the fro t desk and the police. Still had to listen to NASTY swx until 530 AM.

This is the first time I’ve ever felt obligated to review a hotel. The location and parking were convenient, and the staff was friendly and attentive. I’ve stayed at other Comfort Inns before and found their modest accommodations to be clean and comfortable, all I need for a place to sleep while away from home. This facility had a smell, chemical?, that was persistent, the elevator buttons were broken, ceiling tiles and wall boards were dented, the grab bar escutcheon was falling off, and I question the cleanliness of the bedding itself. I hate to spend twice or three times what I paid for my room, but I would do that before staying here again.

So upsetting that they jack up the prices to take advantage of parents visiting kids at Syracuse. The hotel was smelly, run down and definitely not worth close to $400/night.

When I checked in there was still someone squatting in the room and they reassigned me to the room next door. Then I heard the hotel staff yelling at the guy to leave the room. The faucet in the shower was running continuously and there were stains on the floor and furniture. Hallways and premises smelled of cigarette smoke.

I checked into the hotel for two nights. When I got back to the room on night 2, the room had not been cleaned. All the towels were in the tub from previous night. Bed not made and trash was still in basket. I expect some type of compensation.

Stayed here with my dog and baby and it was great that there was an outside door in our room for easy access to the car. The room was spacious and comfortable but the bathroom and hallway smelled bad. The service was very friendly and the free breakfast was great with waffles, toast, yogurt, cereal, and fruit
