Proximity to Tawaramachi station was perfect! This area does have a lot of tourists, so be aware. The staff is very kind and hardworking! The elevators were spacious and quick (not always in Tokyo), the onsen was clean, we enjoyed the extended checkout for a fee. Disliked that there was only 1 washer/dryer in a hotel this size. Should also have microwave in every other floor or each room, 1 for the entire hotel is not enough.

Very convenient
The rooms was ok . Easy to get around . If you like Ueno , Asakusa, Sumida this is a best place to stay. Is also convenient to Ginza line. And has my favourite Komeda coffee house just downstairs .
