Website states "free breakfast". However, no breakfast since covid Website needs to be changed. We chose this place to stay because it offered breakfast. It's 4 years since the onset of covid. Plenty of time to update a website.

Too noisy all through the night I had a handicap room reserved the lady at the desk swap me to a more convenient room for the hotel maids to be able to clean and the lady at the front desk had her boyfriend in there micromanaging everything

There was still hurricane damage, but they work through that just fine. Everything in the room was as it should be, my only complaint was the bathroom was dirty, hair in the tub, hair on the toilet paper molding. But Everything seemed fine for arriving at 1am and leave at 7am. The staff was great. We will stay here again. But i would absolutely like to have a cleaner bathroom!!!

The ad said there was a pool,. The pool was marked closed, and there were large areas of black in the bottom of the pool so we did not get to swim. Breakfast with coffee and a granola bar The floor of our room felt damp

The pictures shown are not of this property the pool was closed and that was a big part of why I booked this hotel floors were sticky and the hotel itself was not kept up thank God it was only one night

First thing the person said to us was they do not have breakfast which was one of the reasons we chose the place. It didn't look cleaned - Found big black hair on sink counter. Sheets didn't appear as if they were just put on - not stretched out like most hotels.

I had a disappointing experience at the motel. My husband and I stayed there from May 26th to 27th. When we arrived, we were informed that if we checked out after 11 am, we would be charged an additional $5, which we agreed to. The next morning, we checked out at 8:00 am, and another staff member took the key from us, she said that it was ok and that she hoped we had enjoyed our stay. However, a few days later, we noticed a charge of $5.38 on our account. When I called the motel this Friday, May 31st at 9:06 pm, to inquire about the charge, the staff couldn't find our reservation and claimed there was a missing key. I explained that we had returned the key to the staff member upon checkout, but they were unhelpful and rude. I am very upset by this situation and do not recommend staying at this motel. It's a shame because the motel is not the best, but it's clean. However, I would rather sleep in a rest area than return to this place.
