I had stayed here once before and never remembered having any issues. But this past time was different. I did not expect to find the same people in the hotel this year but then I thought, maybe this same gathering happens ever year at the same time. But then I thought, why wouldn't a private gathering like this be confined to a private area like the grand ballroom? The event was catered so as a weekend guest, I was not being provided the amenities as the hotel website states or as advertised on the property that says there is breakfast, lunch, and dinner - which there was none of the 3? Its also good that I am not a swimmer. The pool was still closed - I say this because I decided to go and read the reviews from the last 6 months - the pool is apparently not a priority based on what other reviews mentioned. Also, the manager responded to each review with nothing but fluff because none of those conditions have changed. The other groups that were here seemed to be treating the entire hotel as their own home. People were everywhere lounging on all the furniture in the lobby and playing board games as if they didn't have anything else to do - I just felt very uncomfortable and were told these people, whom I didn't mind were there, actually are very regular patrons. It was just odd. As for my room, the bed was comfortable but the heat didn't work and they actually brought a space heater for us to use. I am willing to give this place one more try though.

The facility is clean and elegant. The staff was friendly and kind. Greeted with water and wine. Gregory at the front desk was sweet and we were checked in so smoothly. The only complaint was the dining services were closed. With the area busy this time of year, it would’ve been a huge convenience to have the dining option.

Don’t stay here. My friend and I both got mold sickness after one night here, and I noticed in the morning that my comforter had black mold spots all over it. Absolutely disgusting.

We arrived to find fascial tissue and empty water bottle not properly removed from the room, Needed to request clean towels and linens at least three times Then finally wen to the front desk to get fresh towels. .And then requested to have poor operation of the HVAC at least four times, before proper action was taken. It was as simple as explaining the change over to a more fall/winter heating operation That would have been understander able. No response or the lack of knowledge of their management staff is not acceptable! The front desk, access to the restaurant and other areas of the hotel seemed appealing and that's where it ended! When visiting family in the future we certainly will NOT stay here!

Lobby first impressions was amazing, being booked by the stair and the doors going outside not so much. We could here people going up and down the stairs, the outside door slamming shut. People walking down the hall at night had absolutely no respect for others in the hotel, talking obscenely loud on speaker phone, yelling at their kids. We will not be staying here again

Not what I expected!
The whole hotel had an overwhelming smell, permeating from every room, we had all headaches from the strong scent. We had to air out our room as we could not breath from the strong over powering smell. I'm not sure if its from the cleaning products. Also, we booked this hotel for the pool and sauna, but it was closed due to renovation, I wish we they informed us or they should have a notice about current renovations or updates. Also there's construction in front of the hotel, I wish I knew that too.

Pipes banging!
All in all it was a great stay, the only bad part was the water pipes were very loud whenever anyone around our room either by taking a shower or just using the sink, it was hard to sleep when the pipes were banging!!
