Continental breakfast served starting 6 am. By 6:30 the coffee ran out. Went to front desk no one answered the bell. No one answered the first number called. Finally the second number to call for help was answered, after many attempts. The woman said she would take care of it and she’ll be there in about 5 minute. We hit the road and got coffee when we filled our gas.

very cold in the room, 24 degrees outside, the door had a 1/4" crack around three sides so the 24 was blowing inside, the heater could not "keep up", the motion sensing light switch turned on the room light every time I rolled over in bed.

We booked a room with a king bed and were given a room with 2 double beds. The bolt lock was completely broken. The entire hotel smelled like cigarette smoke. When we inquired about a king bed room that we payed extra for they said “that is the room I chose for you”, and wasn’t helpful in switching our rooms. Overall the motel felt very sketchy and unclean.
