"The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Although the hotel was doing some renovation work, it in no way got in the way of our stay and as it was a weekend there was no noise from the work. The hotel is well placed in the town and it was easy to get to Windsor races as well as Windsor castle from the hotel. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough to help whenever there was an enquiry. They are a credit to the hotel."

"Room was clean, large with a very comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom was excellent, everything you need, inc slippers and bath robe. In room safe, iron, hairdryer. Nice size tv Everything's lovely and clean. Staff are really helpful, nothing is too much trouble. No plane noise inside, can hear a pin drop! My little dog stays with me there, this is our second visit and will definitely be back again. "

"Great property! Clean, bright and nicely appointed. Short walk to everything. Would happily stay here again. Even though parking was street parking we didn't have a problem finding a spot. Just one small complaint - the master room had old shutters on the windows rather than curtains. The shutters were charming but didn't really close properly. This meant the room was bright because of the streetlights outside. If need like a dark bedroom bring an eye mask. "
