Find a cheap Hotel in Old Windsor

"Really loved our 6 night stay at the Clermont. Lovely old hotel that feels very grand. The restaurant "Soak" attached is very good food, and we ate there several times. The afternoon tea is terrible - terrible - I mean my 6 year old neighbor could cobble together a better tasting tea. Poor selection of teas offered, and the service was abysmal. Had an older woman when we visited on 11/7 and she didn't check on us once, and made snotty comments. The male host was almost as bad. Horrible service and lousy food. There was also a TON of street noise during the night due to non stop construction directly outside of my window. It was really hard to sleep."
