"After driving 16 hours, we arrived early to this hotel. I fully expected to have to pay for an additional night however to my surprise they allowed an early check in. What service!! We couldn’t be more happy with the kindness shown to two very tired travelers. Exceptional service and welcoming atmosphere. 5 stars for the general manager of this hotel!"

"This is the perfect little place for a group! Lots of cozy and conversational spaces while also being large enough for people to decompress if they want. SUPER clean, this was by far the cleanest weekend rental property I’ve been to. The water in the showers heats up fast which is great for those cold mornings. Hosts were extremely helpful and both check in and check out were incredibly smooth. "

"The property is clean and comfortable. They have everything that you need. They being the staff are extremely helpful, friendly and professional. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are spotless and it’s the best priced in downtown Portsmouth that I found so far."

"The staff was pleasant and the breakfast area was clean! I appreciate there were food options offered consideration for those with sensitivities. The artificial fragrance in the lobby caused some discomfort (asthmatic symptoms) so would have preferred to not have encountered."
