We booked the last room available for a room with a full bed. I feel they gave us the dirtiest one. I don't mind an 'eco friendly' room that doesnt get serviced for 3 days. But the moment we got there there were some spots on the wall and head board. The room was extremely small. Tokyo hotels are generally small but I feel if the hallway was just one foot wider it would have made a huge difference. As a traveling couple, we did not feel like we could relax coming back to a stained and cramped room every night.

overall was a great location it’s only a few minutes from the train station. Only thing i didn’t like was i paid for breakfast to be included with the room but when i got there i was charged again because they said i didn’t have breakfast included but they were quick to realize i did in fact pay for breakfast. Other than that the staff were great and room was awesome would definitely stat there again

we spent one night here before leaving Tokyo. The room was comfortable, I’ll be at small – as the custom. The shower was great and the amenities were fine in the room. The area has multiple restaurant options around it and access to Metro stations. It was nice to be away from the more extreme hustle and bustle of Tokyo. We would return.

Clean hotel with extremely helpful staff. The gym room didn't offer a lot of equipment besides a treadmill and some light free weights however. No issues whatsoever. Plan on staying here again.

Very convenient as 7/11 was just underneath the hotel. It’s also walking distant to the train station, shops and restaurants. The only thing is that the hotel is on a bit of a slope so just be mindful of that if you have lots of luggages.

I really liked how close it was to maintown Akasaka, and there is a Jazz Restaurant right across the road which is highly recommended. The 7-11 is on the lower level of the hotel which was so handy and is open 24-7 so you can get meals, snacks and alcohol all from there. The train station is a 6 min walk. And the Harry Potter themed station is only a 5 min walk from there.
