Great property considering the price. Room was a little cramped, but considering that I was literally only at there to shower, sleep, get ready and leave, return and repeat it was fine. The communal space at reception and luggage storage was great, and I really appreciated the amenities. I also enjoyed the "manga" theming throughout the property. Unfortunately the other common spaces, such as the lobby, elevators and hallways were looking rather worn and dirty (stains on the carpets, random trash other guests had dropped/left outside their rooms), made the space a little less appealing, especially considering the properties age. My interactions with the staff were mixed, from mediocre (the non Japanese/South Asian? staff at front desk, who seemed less than interested to help) to the others who were wonderful and full of suggestions/recommendations and willingness to assist.

I liked all the amenities this hotel provided! Very nice and the area where it’s located it’s very touristy. However I noticed that when I first got to my room my sheets were stained with something light yellow…. And one of the towels had a brownish stain too…. Which it bothered me but i honestly didn’t make a big deal to them about it.

Wir haben das Hotel nun zum zweiten Mal aufgrund der Lage besucht. Man braucht zwar ein wenig bis nach Shibuya und Co. aber Asakusa ist wirklich sehr schön.Das Hotel war sauber und hatte einen super Service.
