Amazing guest services! Everyone was so nice and they really care that you have a nice stay. Also, supported us with our luggage forwarding which was very helpful. I would love to come back here the next time I am in Tokyo.
Fantastic location near Tokyo station. This is a simple hotel with everything you need. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.
Great location, only a few minutes from Tokyo station. Very quick check in, welcoming staff, room very comfortable and roomy and clean. Would stay here again.
The hotel is close to Tokyo Station Nihombashi exit, the airport limosine bus stops are also close by. 7-11 is only a couple steps from the front door. The breakfast for 500 yen is good enough for a light one. The hotel looks fairly new and the rooms clean. A lot of dining options nearby as well
I’ve always stayed at Shinjuku but this time I decided to stay near the Tokyo station due to a change of plans. No regrets, I’ll be staying here next time. Very close to the trains and restaurants. Very convenient to take the Shinkansen to other cities. Staff is very helpful. Rooms are great, it’s Tokyo so don’t expect large rooms.
Great boutique hotel. Close to Tokyo station and a few other metro stations. My room had three single beds and surprisingly it was a big room comparing to other hotels in Japan (could be because of three beds). There is a small lounge area on the main floor with free fountain drink machine and a coffee machine. The staff was very nice and the location was great. No gym, and no desk/chair in the room. I would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend the hotel.
This isn’t a luxury hotel and doesn’t pretend to be, but it is modern, very clean and very functional and exactly what many people will need when transitting through Tokyo station or staying for a few days in Tokyo. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, even with an extra bed for our family of three, there was still an additional sofa bed in front of a very large TV. Toilet, bath and shower area small but perfectly functional and very clean and modern. Staff at reception very friendly and helpful on arrival and checkout and we didn’t need to have much more to do with them. We arrived at Tokyo station on the Shinkansen and it was an easy quick walk from the station even trundling several suitcases and hand luggage. Easy transport to any other area of Tokyo and we enjoyed an afternoon and evening in Ginza and Shibuya both easily accessible on the Ginza line. Taxi to Haneda airport next morning took about 30 minutes. Recommended.
This hotel is located just 3 minutes away from Tokyo Station. Extremely convenient to get from A to B, with huge variety of restaurants to choose from.
We are staying here for a night before catching the Shinkansen next morning to Nagoya.
Although it's not a 4 stars rated hotel, it definitely has everything travellers need, clean and comfy room/beds, tasty continental breakfast too.
Will recommend if you are looking to save some money but not break the bank when you are traveling with family.
It was a wonderful experience from checking in and out. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Everything was functional. The location was very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. I feel humbled and grateful.
The room was clean and love the strong water pressure of the shower. If you don’t like it strong you can lower the pressure. Hotel provides various bathroom amenities if you forget to bring your toothbrush, hair brush, razor. They even provide hair ties. But the best part of this hotel is its location. 4 minute walk to Tokyo station. If taking the Shinkansen it is nice that you don’t need to transfer stations. And can get on the other subway lines from this station too. Super easy to get to. For dining, there is not much late at night like Shibuya and Shinjuku or even Ginza area. But they have eateries in Tokyo station tunnel area and several ramen shops opened late until 2300-midnight. There is also a 7-eleven at the end of the very short block that is open 24 hours. It is a 2min walk and you can get your midnight snack craving out of the way. Across the street is a cafe that has decent Japanese coffee and breakfast and at night has alcohol. We liked this hotel so much that we are even considering to come back for another 2 nights on the tail end of the trip we are still on. We have reservations for another hotel in Tokyo but will be changing our plans to come back.
