Hotel in great location, walking distance to Ginza six. Food was not that great and some hotel staff weren't that helpful or friendly. We needed our laundry done, packed it up in the the bags provided but was told to bring it down to front desk. We had seven bags. I have never stayed in a hotel where I had to bring my laundry down to reception. Pillows were like rocks so I called and asked for softer pillows, the guy who answered at front desk didn't seem to care and asked if I wanted normal pillows - i said if by "normal" your mean soft, then yes! What pillows did I have in the room then? My son was also served raw roast chicken, which I asked the service staff to take back to the kitchen to cook it through - I didn't get an apology or anything, just silence. They all spoke english very well when we arrived so I couldn't understand the stiffness in their attitude.

A great bet in Ginza
A really nice hotel in Ginza. We have stayed here before and although it is starting to show a bit of wear the rooms are spotless and well maintained. The bathrooms are incredible and the location is perfect. The elevator from the train station opens directly in front of the property.

This hotel was a perfect place for us to stay! It was most convenient for the shopping we wanted to do at Tsukiji Market, Mitsukoshi Department Store and neighboring Nihombashi. Most shopping areas were walkable and Higashi-ginza station was located right in front of hotel, allowing quick and convenient access to other locations. Will definitely return if I need a hotel in this area!

We had a great stay at the Millennium Mitsui! It is located in a very quiet neighbourhood, but still within walking distance to local shopping and restaurants, as well as the metro line to travel to different areas of Tokyo. Staff were very nice and helpful. They assisted with booking massages for us, which were excellent! We will definitely be back!
