It is great in an upscale location. There are a lot of shops and restaurants within walking distance. It is 10 minutes walk to the famous Shibuya Crossing.

Honestly nothing negative to say about the Shibuya Stream Hotel. Our stay was perfect! Great customer service, clean rooms, and a wonderful location - near the Shibuya station, Shibuya crossing, a couple of malls, plenty of restaurants and bars. We will be back on our next trip for sure! There is also laundry onsite however, just two machines and they take forever to dry. That wont deter us from coming back.

Great location, but not the darkest room
Great location in Shibuya. Lots of food and shopping options that are a short distance to the station and scramble area. I only have two complaints: 1) not the darkest room. The light comes in from the top of the curtains and brightens the room in the morning 2) the automatic motion light in the toilet is very inconvenient in the middle of the night for a bathroom run. otherwise, the location of this property cannot be beat.
