Nice hotel with views of Tokyo Skytree

Lovely hotel stay with a view of the Tokyo Skytree. Everything was clean and the hotel delivered our bags to the room for us. We collect souvenir coins so it was a fantastic surprise to find a machine in the lobby with unique Skytree designs!

The hotel was close to transportation and the area area walkable. We used the hotel as home base for three days of exploring toyko. The couch bed was uncomfortable and my son decided to sleep on the floor instead. Also, there was orange mildew on the shower tiles. Other than that a nice hotel.

Location is super, close to everything, 5min walk to subway, 3 min walk to a mall, a lot of restaurants, convenience stores … staffs are very nice and helpful, breakfast included, lost a room key no extra charge ,airport limousine bus stop in front of the hotel , super convenient! High recommend.

Nice property for families

Nice hotel with great location in the sumida neighborhood. The staff were excellent. The rooms were dated but clean. A little bit pricey for the quality, but we did stay over new years, so it was expected. We did not realize this was a Disney partner property when we booked it, so there were more children than expected.
