We had an excellent stay. A modern, clean hotel with excellent service. Great location next to Kinshichō station with plenty of restaurants and shopping spots nearby. Staff were super helpful and were able to accomodate both luggage transfer and storage. Highly recommend.

Really loved my stay at this hotel! It's very clean and spacious inside, and walkable from both the subway and train stations. There are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby, but it's still a fairly quiet area. I stayed at the Deluxe View room and the view of the city and Skytree were amazing! They also have really great service and amenities.

The location is awesome, there is a mall besides it have Uniqlo MUJI and Daiso, way too many restaurants near it that give us “ trouble” of making choices which we enjoyed a lot.. The Hotel itself is average, same breakfast for straight 5 days, and lack of variety, there is not too many “Japanese” ish foods and we were disappointed
