"Everything was as advertised and even exceeded the expectations. I even got upgraded to a better room for free. Room was big, clean and very nicely decorated, and very cozy, as all the hotel was. The service was great, starting from the reception (Anna did the check-in and welcomed me) and the service in the restaurant."

"Our room is quite spacious, super comfy, and clean. All the staff are super welcoming and detail-oriented. Their chech-in counters are 24/24 hours and they listen carefully to what you need and always meet ours. For example, our first night in Hanoi was pouring down pretty hard, and our shirts and shorts were totally wet and dirty, but they did our laundry and returned to us with them folded nicely, which I really like. They even let us deposit our luggages for free when we are exploring Ha Long Bay. Plus, the location is right at the center of tourists' attractions, which making it a really nice place to crush while exploring Hanoi. Definitly worth the stays!"

"We had a great 3 night stay at the Sofitel in Hanoi. The hotel is well located in the French Quarter and as many people have said an oasis from the hustle and bustle of the city. Our room was lovely, with a small terrace. The bed was comfortable, good amenities and quiet. Breakfast could be eaten in either The Club or Spice Garden. Both an excellent choice of Western and Asian cuisine. We enjoyed the spa and gym… and ate in The Club and had cocktails in The Bamboo Bar and Angelina’s. Lovely food, great service and fab cocktails! Overall we loved our stay and would definitely recommend if staying in Hanoi. "
